In the year 2017-18 Various workshops and seminars were conducted for the career enhancement and development of research scholars in the future. The first workshop of the academic year was conducted on Basics of Research by Prof Vidhyulata Mohitee madam from 26th and 2th July 2017 which was attended by 40 students. The resource person efficiently made the students understand the basic principles and techniques of research. She propounded the importance of undertaking research for career enhancement and as a contribution to society and field of education and technology. The next workshop was conducted on the Basics of Intellectual Property Rights by Ms.  Swati Zope Madam from 11 the and 15th December 2017 which was attended by 40 students. The resource person explained as to how the primary function of intellectual property Rights is to protect and stimulate the development and distribution of new products and the provision of new services based on the creation and exploitation of new products and the provision of new services based on the creation
